I'm pretty sure this guy is closed and on my roster:

"After a player has cleared waivers, managers may bid on the player (via the league message board on ESPN, visible on the league homepage on ESPN) which concludes an hour before his scheduled gametime, with a minimum of 24 hours spent as a free agent.


"In this case, a 24 hour idle period will constitute a winning bid, and only players who have bid prior to the game and not been idle for more than 24 hours are eligible to continue bidding."

Like if I wanted to start him last night I could have started him because mine was the last bid (only bid in) before gametime.
