new rules??

so people can still spend over their cap during free agency? aka I out priced brandon for welker and he is still bidding....so if i let him get welker he would have to cut someone?

if we wins wayne and welker like he just bid he willl be about 30 over so we can let him win him and then how much will he have to cut?

The new rules don't go into effect until next offseason so he can go over with no issue until the first game of the season, plus he made like 30 trades I need to update...hopefully tonight or tomorrow.

If the new rules were in affect then if he won he would be given a week to make space. If he failed to make room he'd take a cap hit and the player would return to free agency as if he were dropped.
