Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
You're such a douche Josh. You bid on every player simply to jack the price . Not because you have any interest in the player. So fucking annoying.

Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
He was gone prior to today as he was a free agent and steelers did not want him back. Nothing changed other than you realized he was about to expire in 12hrs without any other bids against him.

Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
In all fairness, at least josh bids with in his and roster spot...jason on the other has outbid his cap two years in a row. Jason bids up players artificially raising a cap number. Josh can actually win all of his bids and be fine, jason can't say that.
Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
Not true, last year I had a trade in place that fell about because a player landed somewhere else in FA and I wanted all those players. I was high on Ryan Mathews, luckily it turned out that I lost him. This year I can play all in my cap and I have an excel that YOU saw me make at your pl;ace with priority of all the players I have bid on. Hmmm...Dan why would I trade you Cruz and free up 30 in cap this year??? Hmmmmm...Did I make all those bids as soon as my cap was free? Hmmm....idk...

Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
The answer is obviously yes, I made those bids when I made the trade.

Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
before you got outbid on Thomas you would have been ~11.6 over cap if you won all bids, and last year at one point you would have been 82 over cap if you had won all bids ( i know this because i tried to talk everyone into making you sign them, not trading with you and making you cut 164 in cap...i have an email about it...then brandon got worried and the dominos fell afterwards)
Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
So 1. Did the league commissioner just admit to collusion? Like a group collusion? Wow... I dont even know what to think, I am not going to lie I am kind of pissed that's bullshit. 2. Brandon fell apart because Brandon was the key part of my AP and Romo trade freeing up like what? 120 in cap. Don't talk about shit you don't know, I wasn't bidding people up for the sake of it, I was trying to execute my plan, I guess it's good that it didn't work because I wouldn't have AP. 3. I only have like 70 in bids out right now, some of them out there before I thought Josh L was bidding everyone up. Like I texted you some of those bids were made in retaliation for someone doing what you're accusing me of doing last year.

Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
You have 73 in bids right now...you'd be under cap, i never said you currently would be over cap. I said you would have been at one point this offseason, but reading is hard, i get that. I'm just really fucking annoyed that opne of the people that bids up people without the cap is bitching when someone does it within his cap...because you can clearly read josh's mind and know he doesn't want all the players (WHICH HE CAN AFFORD). So get the fuck over Jason.
Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
Well damn... didnt mean to start a war zone here. Just my opinion of josh. I know its within his right to bid up players whether he wants them or not because if he goes over cap he is hit with the penalty of losing games, but since this isnt for money I feel It should be a little more gentlemanly when bidding. Just my two cents but definitely wasnt trying to instigate this whole ordeal...

i dont understand why i am not being gentlemanly by bidding on the best value players until they no longer are valued.....i mean if i am supposed to sit on my cap and only carry half a team just let me know. I dont like to trade which seems to really upset people. i dont trade because i pick players i like want and value and good contracts.....why would i give those things up?

Like I said, just my opinion. You are entitled to yours. What makes things so frustrating is that you are too emotionally b
attached to your players even when a great trade offer comes your way. Kind of frustrating, but again totally within your right to not trade.

Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
Dan whatever you may think I want the players I bid on. At no point this season or last do I bid on players that I don't plan on having on my team, period. So your argument that I'm being a hypocrite is bullshit. Players consistently have more bids out than their cap room is available. This offseason I have never been more than 20 over my available cap. All this aside, you conveniently shirked the issue that you tried to organize a league wide coup against me? Totally fucking low. Sounds like you are the "cry-baby" that you said I was when bitching about Josh L; going as far as organizing a plan and emailing and trying to convince people to have a trade embargo with me. Probably should have kept that information to yourself.

Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
actually as legal as it is to overbid your cap and roster spot limit, for the most part it's rarely been done over the last two off-season.
Also I am sorry that you are a mind reader and know josh doesn't want these players, and that I'm not a mind reader and can't see what you are thinking/planning. Jeez it all makes sense now.

Re: Jonathan Dwyer - Closed
Uh yeah I know it's "legal" thus my point of discussion:

Also my way of saying let's talk about it there and not on Dwyer's bidding post anymore. lol
